Rumor: Potential reason behind patch up between Carmella and Ellsworth

Bengaluru, September 12: Last week, Smackdown Live hosted a packed edition with numerous storylines witnessing mentionable progress. While Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon stole the thunder of the show, Carmella was the one who was able to steal the spotlight, on her own by being a volatile persona.
She was scheduled to have a match with the Smackdown Women's Champion, Natalya. The match took place as the opener of last week's episode which saw James Ellsworth interfere and throw the Money in the Bank briefcase. This caused distraction that allowed the champion to roll her opponent up and pin her.
Carmella was furious after this incident and blasted her partner in the middle of the ring. She also cut all ties with him. But, just moments later, Ellsworth approached to his homegirl for an apology to which Carmella responded very strangely.
She said from now on things will be on her terms and then kissed Ellsworth followed it with a hard slap, before leaving. The fans were left stunned by this and doubt there might be a potential reason as to why all this happened.
For a while, Ellsworth managed to steal the thunder making Carmella his side-kick. But, in reality, the latter one is the Money in the Bank winner and needs the momentum on her side before she successfully cashes it in.
Apparently, this kissing segment managed to turn the heat on in her favor which was much needed. This might pave the way for the Princess of Staten Island to finally get a title match, she demands.
The next episode of Smackdown Live will feature a title match between Natalya and Naomi. So, this might be a bigger occasion for Carmella to cash in the briefcase when these two will be bruised and batterd in the match.
Sin City Smackdown Live has already shaped up to be a big night. Chances are high that we will see bigger fallouts from it. So, we should not be surprised if Carmella leaves Las Vegas with the title around her waist at the end of the night.
