New Delhi, Aug 12: When it comes to the name, Ronda Rousey, there's no end to the rumours of her entering the WWE.
This trend started back in 2015 as she featured in a segment with The Rock, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at Wrestlemania 31. This segment received a Slammy award, that year being the most popular one.
WWE fans always wanted to see the MMA veteran inside the squared circle from that point onwards so does the company. She is someone that's from the mainstream side and can earn a lot of money if ended performing in a match inside the squared circle.
The moment has not arrived, till date considering that she was under UFC contract for the past few years. However, the situation has changed a bit considering that she suffered two consecutive losses at the promotion. This fuelled up the speculations of her jumping ship to the WWE.
The recent reports from fightful.com suggest that Ronda is having fun with her potential wrestling career and so have started visiting a pro-wrestling school. She has joined the Santino Brothers Pro-Wrestling School in California. This is her hometown and she is making adjustable with the pro-wrestling business.
Apparently, WWE is behind this move considering that the association between the company and Santino Brothers goes way back. At one point, Eva Marie was sent here in order to make her learn the wrestling moves, better. She was thought to be a superstar with huge potential at that time.
Ronda too is learning the basic bumps and antics of WWE, for now, according to the reports. She definitely knows the MMA moves, better than anybody. But, WWE is scripted, not real. So, the hitting techniques to concerned opponents are extremely different.
205 Live Superstar, Bryan Kendrick is said to be her trainer in the mentioned academy. This man is a veteran pro-wrestler, by all means. So, he could be a great factor behind Ronda Rousey finally showing up in WWE, in near future.
As of now, we can surely expect the former UFC bantamweight champion to compete in a match at Wrestlemania 34 since it's the biggest event of the year in WWE.
