WWE set to add two more championship matches to Wrestlemania 34 card

According to the reports of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, two more matches have been finalized which will be announced in the upcoming episodes of WWE.

Bengaluru, March 19: Wrestlemania is undoubtedly the biggest event of the year for the pro-wrestling industry. It is not only a wrestling event nowadays but also a global event all over the world. So, it is certain that the benchmark performers appear on the show to make it a huge occasion. No compromise will be made while arranging the show.

As for this year's Wrestlemania, a number of matches have been confirmed. The main event will be the Universal Championship match. Also, the fate of other title matches like the WWE, Intercontinental and the Smackdown women's championship have been confirmed for the night.

The full match card will be declared, soon. According to the reports of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, two more matches have been finalized which will be announced in the upcoming episodes of WWE. The United States and the Cruiserweight title is likely to be confirmed for Wrestlemania.



In the United States title picture, Randy Orton is the current champion after he won the match at Fastlane. He is all set to defend it at the biggest event of the year. The potential contender is the former champion Bobby Roode, who will invoke his championship rematch clause.

But, Jinder Mahal is also in the mix. For two weeks in a row, he has not only pinned the champion but also the potential challenger, as well. So, he is expected get an opportunity. The source stated that Randy Orton, Bobby Roode, and Jinder Mahal will compete in a triple threat championship match at Wrestlemania.

The other title concerned is the Cruiserweight Championship. The two potential competitors for this title match has also been declared by the source. It is likely that Cedric Alexander is set to compete against Mustafa Ali. A tournament in the 205 Live show is currently in progress and the final will culminate at the grandest stage of them all.



These two were always the original choices of the creative team ever since the beginning of the series. No change has been made in the bygone weeks.

Cedric Alexander has defeated Roderick Strong to head towards the final as the first competitor. It is also certain that Mustafa Ali will be the second one to compete against him. The second semi-final is scheduled on the next episode of 205 Live between Ali and Drew Gulak.
