Bengaluru, August 15: This would mark the final episode of WWE weekly programming before we finally head towards Summerslam.

Unlike Raw, the match line ups from Smackdown are already finalized. Hence, they will need to make a proper build up towards it. The championship scenarios need to be addressed in particular on the blue brand.

This week's show will take place at the Dunkin Donut Centre in Providence, Rhode Island.

The live streaming of the same will air in India on Sony Ten 1 Network on Wednesday (August 16) from 5.30 AM onwards. The repeat telecast will be broadcasted at 5 PM and 10 PM on the Ten 1 Network, tomorrow. (August 16)

The championship build-ups have not been made whatsoever on the Smackdown brand despite giving us some jam-packed shows for the last couple of weeks.

The new contender Shinsuke Nakamura is yet to have a face-off against Jinder Mahal, the WWE Champion. This should happen tonight to make a proper hype up towards the match. Mahal is slated to face John Cena in the main event of the night.

The same can be said for the rivalry between Natalya and Naomi, as well. The champion did not have one singles confrontation moment with the contender to make this more intense and hence this match might prove to be quite a cold one.

While, Natalya is supposed to take on Becky Lynch in a singles contest on tonight's show.

In contrast of these two, the situation between John Cena and Baron Corbin has reached to quite an intense situation with both men battling each other.

The Lone Wolf has been much vocal to the Cenation leader, as of late for disrespecting him, last week. So, he will be happy to get his hands on the franchise player.

Rusev has also earned a lot of momentum before heading towards Summerslam by targeting Randy Orton. Last week, the show ended with a brutal attack from him to the Viper on the ramp.

Even after the show went-off the air, the attack continued for quite sometimes. This week, we should see the Viper getting retribution before heading towards their match.

As for the other rivalries, Charlotte and Lana feud should continue after the Queen was handed a wardrobe malfunction by the latter one.

Plus, The New Day and The Usos will have a face-off for one final time before their title match on Sunday. AJ Styles is being advertised to have an apology segment with Shane McMahon on the show.
