Indiana, Mar 7: Smackdown has been all over the social media beating Raw, every week and there's no stopping to it.
In an interesting segment on the show last week, Randy Orton had burnt down the Wyatt compound to turn on against Bray Wyatt.
With that came the unpredictability of the WWE championship at Wrestlemania which will be addressed on tonight's show.
The episode will be hosted by the Banker Life Fieldhouse, Indianapolis, Indiana. Ten 2 will broadcast it live from 6.30 AM onwards with the repeat telecast on Ten 1 at 5 PM and 10 PM, tomorrow.
Now, the situation with the WWE title is quite complex, for now. Both the contenders, Randy Orton and AJ Styles had earned the right to face Bray Wyatt at the grandest stage of them all. So, neither one of them will not let go this lifetime opportunity.
As of now, WWE has officially announced the probable solution that is a match between Orton and Styles.
The winner of this one will be declared the rightful contender to head into the championship match at Mania.
Randy Orton is the supposed winner in this bout since his match with Wyatt is intact.
On the other hand, the loss will make Styles furious and set up his singles bout against Shane McMahon at Wrestlemania.
This match was planned by the creative for quite a long time and Shane's involvement into the match was a clear indication of it.
Plus, for the first-time ever, John Cena will team up with Nikki Bella on-screen to take on against Carmella and James Ellsworth.
The mixed tag team contest is going to be a big attraction for tonight in which we can certainly expect the Miz and Maryse's presence.
Another interesting plot was started last week in the female division after Natalya wanted a shot at the Smackdown women's championship.
The indication is that Nattie should be included in the title match at Wrestlemania.
But, the equation is turning out to be a heel vs. heel to which WWE might not want to invest.
With Naomi not cleared to compete at this point, it's tough to predict at which direction WWE is willing to go with them. Hopefully, we will get an answer to it, tonight.
