WWE SmackDown: Matches and talk-show set for international June 14 episode

Another rare international edition of WWE SmackDown will be waiting for us within a week from now from the United Kingdom which will also serve as the go-home episode for the Clash at the Castle pay-per-view event.

As revealed during the latest episode of SmackDown, the 2024 Queen of the Ring tournament winner Nia Jax will be seen in action against Michin, next Friday night. The match was set up via a backstage confrontation between Michin and Jax.

The face-off led to a brawl as the official had to step in to stop things between the two. Then the singles contest was announced so that they could settle things inside the squared circle.

Nia Jax won the second installment of the Queen of the Ring tournament in Saudi Arabia at the King & Queen of the Ring premium live event which also earned her a title shot of her choice at WWE SummerSlam, this August.

In another segment, WWE Women's Champion Bayley told Piper Niven that she respects her and that she doesn't need Chelsea Green as her tag team partner. Piper wanted a match for the WWE Women's Championship and she should've just asked her instead of attacking her.

Chelsea Green then joined in the conversation and took a shot at Naomi during her verbal exchange with Bayley for her tag partner, Piper Niven. This led to Naomi confronting her backstage as she was booked against Green for the next SmackDown.

The ongoing tensions between DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa) and A-Town Down Under (Grayson Waller and Austin Theory) will continue as the latter team will host the "The Grayson Waller Effect" talk show from the UK.

Expectedly, their guests will be none other than Gargano and Ciampa. This week, one half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Grayson Waller defeated Johnny Gargano while last week, Ciampa was victorious against Theory.

The WWE SmackDown June 14 episode will take place at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland, the same venue that will also host Clash at the Castle premium live event the day after. The current match card for the show goes as follows:
