The continuation of King and Queen of the Ring qualifying matches from Raw will be observed on this week's episode of SmackDown where we will be witnessing a WrestleMania rematch from five years ago.
Randy Orton vs. AJ Styles in a King of the Ring tournament qualifier is one of five bouts announced for tonight's episode of WWE SmackDown. The other first round KOTR tournament matches will be Tama Tonga vs. Angelo Dawkins.

Originally, Bobby Lashley was slated to face Tonga in the qualifier but SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has announced that the former WWE Champion has suffered an injury during a training session and has been pulled from the tournament.
Lashley's replacement and Tama Tonga's new opponent was then confirmed to be Angelo Dawkins of The Street Profits, who is a part of Lashley's The Pride faction. There's no update on how long Lashley will be missing TV time due to the injury.
Three first-round Queen of the Ring tournament matches have also been announced for SmackDown where Bianca Belair will face Candice LeRae, Jade Cargill will face Piper Niven, and Naomi will face Nia Jax.
Dates of the two further first-round King of the Ring match on the SmackDown side of the bracket - LA Knight vs. Santos Escobar and Carmelo Hayes vs. Baron Corbin are yet to be announced alongside the additional first round Queen of the Ring SmackDown qualifiers.
The 2024 King and Queen of the Ring tournament finals will be held at the same-name PLE on Saturday, May 25 at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, this is the currently confirmed match card for the May 10 SmackDown episode:
