WWE SmackDown on May 2nd airs live from the Wells Fargo Arena as TKO takes over Des Moines, Iowa this weekend, starting with the Friday Night show followed by the UFC Fight Night event as the Blue brand continues build towards next week’s Backlash 2025.
Today's SmackDown, which marks the second edition after the WrestleMania 41 and the penultimate episode before Backlash, will feature another action-packed event with several superstars being advertised for the show alongside a one-on-one match up.

Randy Orton is expected to be in attendance after delivering an RKO to WWE champion John Cena for two weeks in row. Plus, the likes of new US champion Jacob Fatu and his potential challenger LA Knight also have been teased for the Friday Night show.
Apart from the aforementioned names, Bianca Belair, Nia Jax, Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton are among the superstars teased from the show, while the tag team champions could be set for another challenge. Here is the match card for May 3rd SmackDown:
More fights will be made during the show and in the build up to the programme, but as per the above card, only the returning Aleister Black is set for his first in-ring action against the Miz after what transpired last week on SmackDown.

May 2nd edition of Friday Night SmackDown is set to take place at the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines, Iowa. Due to time difference, the show will air live on Saturday (May 3) morning in India.
WWE SmackDown Start Time: The Friday Night show will start at 8 PM EST / 7 PM CST / 5 PM PST on Friday (May 2), while the event begins at 12 AM GMT / 5:30 AM IST on Saturday (May 3).
No TV channel will telecast the event in India, but WWE live streaming will be available exclusively via Netflix in the country from 5:30 AM IST on May 3. In the United States, SmackDown will air live on USA Network, while the Friday Night Show will air live on Netflix in other parts of the world.
