Next week's WWE SmackDown is coming up with a stacked card where a championship match will be reserved. Besides a couple of contender's matches including a WrestleMania rematch will be there to start filling up the card for Backlash 2024.
As confirmed on SmackDown's latest episode, LA Knight and AJ Styles will battle it out in the rematch, next week on SmackDown to determine who will go on to face Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.

At the beginning of the April 12 episode, two triple threat matches were announced with the winners proceeding toward a singles contest set for next week to determine the new number-one contender for the WWE Title.

Despite Mysterio's prohibition, Styles headed to the top rope and hit a Super Styles Clash on Mysterio with Owens underneath the setup to secure the pin-fall win. Knight and Styles had a face-off to close the show.
Also on SmackDown, Tiffany Stratton talked some trash to the new WWE Women's Champion Bayley. Naomi interrupted her to set up a match and she eventually defeated Tiffany. After this, Naomi was announced to face Bayley for the title, next week.
