An international episode of WWE SmackDown took place, this week from the Uber Arena in Berlin, Germany with the final builds reserved on the show for the first-ever Bash in Berlin premium live event set for tonight.
In the main event of the show, the WWE Women's Championship was on the line with Nia Jax defending against "Michin" Mia Yim in a Street Fight and she came out successful in this chaotic match having interferences.

Michin wasted no time in taking full advantage of the No-DQ match stipulation as they unloaded on the champion with some weapons before sending her crashing through a table which took her close to a supposed winning moment.
But out came, Tiffany Stratton with her custom-made Money in the Bank briefcase and pummeled Michin with it. She briefly considered cashing in her contract on a downed Jax but it never happened.
To assist Jax, Stratton went for the Prettiest Moonsault Ever onto Michin but Bayley returned and chased her out of the arena, Jax used a trash can on Michin before pinning her with The Annihilator to retain her title.
Thus SmackDown marked Jax's first title defense since her upset win over Bayley at SummerSlam. Currently, there are no plans for the WWE Women's World Championship to be defended on the Bash in Berlin match card.
In the opening match of SmackDown, LA Knight issued an open challenge for the United States Championship and was accepted by Germany's own Ludwig Kaiser. The audience backed up the Imperium member but Knight won by hitting the BFT finisher.
This marked Knight's second title defense with the US Title. He won the belt from Logan Paul at SummerSlam, earlier this month and then retained it against Santos Escobar on last week's SmackDown. This mid-card title is not scheduled for a Bash in Berlin defense.
Kaiser will also not be there on the card of the Germany PLE set for tonight but his Imperium cohort Gunther will defend the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Randy Orton in the potential main event of the night.
