Just a night before the annual SummerSlam premium live event set for next week, WWE SmackDown will deliver its go-home episode for the show containing two title matches and a champion's homecoming on the card.
In the main event of this week's taped version of SmackDown, The Bloodline's Jacob Fatu & Tama Tonga emerged victorious in a Gauntlet Match to become the new number-one contenders to the WWE Tag Team Championships.

The Gauntlet Match also featured The Street Profits, Legado Del Fantasma, Pretty Deadly, The O.C and team of Apollo Crews and Baron Corbin. The full line-up from the gauntlet goes as follows:
Plenty of interferences came from Solo Sikoa in the match where Fatu substituted Tanga due to an eye injury situation. He also secured the pin-fall win for his team after Samoan Dropping Dawkins onto Ford.
After SmackDown went off the air, it was announced via a vignette that The Bloodline will challenge WWE Tag Team Champion DIY - Johnny Gargano and Tomasso Ciampa on next Friday's episode of SmackDown.
Also confirmed for the show is the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship match where the champions Alba Fyre & Isla Dawn will defend their titles against former champs Jade Cargill & Bianca Belair.
But before this match, they will also be seen in another title defense on the Great American Bash Night One, next week on Tuesday Night NXT as they go up against the team of Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson.
United States Champion Logan Paul will also be on SmackDown on the August 2 episode in a homecoming segment from his native land of Cleveland, Ohio at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The currently announced match card for the show goes as follows:
