Bengaluru, Feb 10: One big bout that is being heavily rumoured at this year's Wrestlemania is a mixed tag team match.

It will be featuring two real-life couples from Smackdown Live. The team of John Cena & Nikki Bella will take on the team of The Miz and Maryse.

The planning regarding the feud is on and should start during the Elimination Chamber PPV.

As per reports from Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the Miz would be the one who would cost John Cena his WWE championship. Although Miz is not supposed to win, this would allow Bray Wyatt to capture the championship to start a feud between Cena and Miz for the Wrestlemania season.

Maryse will be involved during the chamber match, as well to cost Cena the match to take-off the storyline which will drag Nikki Bella into it. This is the reason why Natalya was using Cena's name in the ongoing feud with Nikki Bella. This is to ensure that Nikki can feature in a storyline with Cena in the upcoming weeks.

Also, a reason for the supposed storyline is to ensure a proper farewell to Nikki Bella's career. The longest reigning Divas champion is supposed to quit wrestling due to her neck issues which have not turned out to be well, as of late.

WWE's medical team will not allow her to wrestle anymore. So, as per Nikki's wish, this would be her very last match in the WWE where she would be sharing the ring with his boyfriend.



There might be a surprise moment stored for everyone, as well. A planning is on the card so that John Cena can propose Nikki Bella after the match in the middle of the ring. Natalya continuously saying 'John Cena will never marry you' is a supposed reason so that the public can actually invest into the future storyline.

Although it is sad to hear that Nikki had to leave wrestling due to the neck concussions, she would leave the stage with a smile on her face after competing in her last match alongside his life partner. The send-off match can certainly wipe out the fans grumble of not getting the Cena-Taker match at Wrestlemania.
