Bengaluru, Nov 16: Conor McGregor is the most dominated sports athlete in the history of the combat sports after the UFC 205 event at Madison Square Garden.

He created history by becoming the first ever dual title holder in the UFC promotion. So, it's no wonder that WWE wants him to perform under their banner, someday in the future.

The rumours regarding WWE signing the “notorious one" has been on the go for a while and now the COO and VP of talent relationship, Triple H confirmed the same.

He had a chat with the Telegraph, recently where he was asked about WWE signing Conor in the future and he came up with a positive reaction.

Here's what Triple H said: "He could come over, he's got it all, man - he's got the personality, the skills, the talk. He's an entertainer, for sure.

"What does he walk around at? 180lbs? I have smaller guys now in the WWE. We have 200lb guys who are stars. You don't need to be 300lbs anymore."

Triple H also mentioned the match when a mainstream athlete like Floyd Mayweather stepped inside the WWE ring at Wrestlemania 24.

He said that the match against Big Show saw a huge success and McGregor has the same potential if given a chance. The Game added,

“yeah, he could do just as well as Floyd Mayweather when he fought the Big Show. That really worked. Conor could do it for sure."

Triple H was present at the UFC 205 event at the infamous Madison Square Garden arena. This further fuelled up the rumours of McGregor joining WWE in near future. Even after McGregor was done with his PPV match, he hinted of trying something new in the future.

However, he had a bad reputation among the WWE Superstars and the fans since he has been vocal against the WWE stars in the past.

Even after the conclusion of UFC 205, he abused at WWE again when a fan asked him about his Wrestlemania debut.

But, that certainly can't rule out a future appearance since WWE wants either him or Ronda Rousey for a future appearance.
