Young-Gun Kim Biography

Kim started playing table tennis in Gwangju, Republic of Korea. His dedication and hard work paid off when he won two gold medals at the 2004 Paralympic Games in Athens. This achievement remains one of his most memorable moments. Despite facing challenges, including being sidelined for two months before the 2008 Paralympic Games due to pressure ulcers from his wheelchair, Kim continued to excel.
