Dhaka, Jan 25: India registered their 2nd consecutive win as they defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets in a warm-up game at the ICC Under-19 World Cup here today (January 25).

Left-arm paceman Khaleel Ahmed took 5 wickets (5/30 in 8 overs) to restrict Pakistan to 197 all out and later Sarfaraz Khan hit a 68-ball 81 (12x4, 1x6) as India successfully chased down the target in 33.4 overs. The match at Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan ground, was reduced to 45 overs per side after the start was delayed due to fog.
India had started their preparations with a mammoth 372-run victory over Canada on Saturday (January 23). The Rahul Dravid-coached side, after these 2 wins, will be confident going into the tournament.
India are in Group D with Ireland, Nepal and New Zealand. They open their World Cup campaign in Mirpur on January 28 (Thursday) against Ireland. The tournament runs from January 27 to February 14.
