An athlete and student based in Oslo, Norway, has made significant strides in her sporting career. She began her journey in athletics at the age of nine in Baerum, Norway. By the time she was 17, she had been introduced to the 400m hurdles at the International School of Bangkok in Thailand.

She pursued higher education in Human Biology at USC in Los Angeles, USA. After graduating, she began studying at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences in Oslo in 2018. Her training continues under the guidance of personal coach Leif Olav Alnes at IL Tyrving.
During her time at USC from 2013 to 2017, she faced multiple leg and back injuries. In 2016, an elbow injury forced her to withdraw from the Pac-12 Conference Championships after two events. Despite these setbacks, she remained determined and competitive.
In 2016, she was named Pac-12 Conference Field Athlete of the Year while competing for USC. This recognition highlighted her dedication and skill in athletics.
Outside of sports, she enjoys playing the guitar, singing, watching TV, and cooking. Her sporting philosophy is rooted in competitiveness: "I don't like getting beat. Even the smallest things I take way too seriously."
Born in Denmark to a Danish mother and a Danish-Norwegian father, she moved to Norway at age two. Later, her family lived in Namibia, Pakistan, the UAE, and Thailand. In 2015, she received Norwegian citizenship, feeling a stronger connection to Norway than Denmark.
Looking ahead, she hopes to become a coach after retiring from competition. "I want to continue in the sports world after my athletic career. Being a coach is something I think could be really cool," she says.
