Henderson's debut came in 2018 at the Drentse Acht van Westerveld in Dwingeloo, Netherlands, where she finished 105th. Since then, she has achieved several milestones. She won a bronze medal in the mixed team relay at the 2019 Road Cycling World Championships in Yorkshire.
