New Delhi, June 12: Indian star shuttler Saina Nehwal clinched her second Australian Badminton Open Superseries title in three years after overpowering Chinese Sun Yu in the women's singles final at Sydney on Sunday (June 12).

After losing the first game 11-21, World No.8 Saina cameback strongly against the World No.12 Chinese and won the next two games 21-14, 21-19 to clinch the championship. The match lasted for an hour and 12 minutes.

No sooner than the 26-year-old Hyderabadi claimed her seventh Superseries title, celebrities, sports persons and politicians congratulated Saina for her unique achievement.
