Toniutti's passion for volleyball was sparked by his parents and siblings. "I always had a ball in my hands," he recalls. His father played volleyball and served as the president of the Pfastatt Volleyball Club in France. His sister Rina has also played club volleyball in Ligue A in France.

Club and National Team

At the club level, Toniutti plays for ZAKSA Kedzierzyn-Kozle in Poland. He is coached by Nikola Grbic at the club and Laurent Tillie for the national team. His preferred position on the court is setter, a role he has excelled in over the years.

Awards and Honours

Toniutti has received numerous accolades throughout his career. He was named Best Setter at the 2015 World League Finals in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Additionally, he was Player of the Season in the 2015/16 and 2018/19 editions of the Polish PlusLiga. In 2013, he earned both Most Valuable Player (MVP) and Best Setter awards in the French Ligue A.

Personal Life

Outside of volleyball, Toniutti is a family man with two daughters, including Lilou. He is multilingual, speaking both English and French fluently. His nickname "Totti" is well-known among fans and peers alike.
