India batter KL Rahul was spotted at a devotional place with his wife on Saturday (September 2).
KL Rahul was included in the Asia Cup 2023 squad but hasn't travelled with the team. The batter is recovering from an injury that he sustained earlier this year during IPL, and although he is closer to full fitness, the Indian coach Rahul Dravid confirmed the player is not yet completely ready.

Thus the Indian team left without Rahul for the Asia Cup and the player is not going to be a part of the squad for the first two matches. He is currently under the surveillance of the NCA doctors and continuing rehabilitation.
And amid this, the player was spotted with wife Athiya Shetty visiting a temple. The player went to offer his prayers to Ghati Subramanya Swamy Temple, which is around 45 km outskirts of Bengaluru.
In a picture which is going around social media, the player was seen offering a Puja at the temple, which is known for its power to provide blessings for many devotees, especially childless couples.
KL Rahul has been out of the Indian team for a long time due to injury and will be keen to make a mark ahead of the World Cup later this year. KL Rahul had a visit of Mahakaleshwar Temple earlier this year ahead of the Border Gavaskar Trophy, but it didn't bring a lot of luck to him.
But hopefully, the player will be able to turn things around for himself on the field. India are dwelling between Rahul and Kishan for wicketkeeping duties, and the latter has already made a headstart with his stunning knock against Pakistan.
India's opening Asia Cup 2023 match against Pakistan got washed out in Kandy due to massive rainfall, but Kishan scored a brilliant 82-run inning. Hence the onus is on KL Rahul to grab his opportunity if it arrives anytime before the World Cup.
