The prestigious CEAT Cricket Rating (CCR) Awards 2023 were held in Mumbai where several international and domestic cricketers across all formats were recognised for their service to the game.
CEAT Limited is a leading tire manufacturer in India and celebrated the triumph and prestige of the best cricketers. CCR evolved into a global platform that unifies the cricketing community and acknowledges outstanding accomplishments on the field by male and female players, based on their performances as evaluated by the CEAT Cricket Rating from June 2022 to May 2023.

The CCR, an innovative comprehensive rating system, has firmly established itself as the ultimate standard for assessing cricket achievements on both a global and domestic scale.
Through CEAT's Cricket Rating system, the organisers honoured those who have captivated fans across various formats - from enduring Test matches to thrilling ODIs and captivating T20 games.
Indian cricket legend Sunil Gavaskar, Chief Adjudicator of the CEAT Cricket Ratings, said, "The CEAT Cricket Rating has been instrumental in recognizing and promoting remarkable talent in this magnificent sport. Expressing her joy at being honoured for her contributions, Team India women's batter Shafali Verma said, "CEAT has provided a significant platform for women's cricket to shine. The event acknowledged remarkable performances by female cricketers, with Deepti Sharma winning the 'CEAT Women's International Cricketer of the Year' award and Shafali Verma being recognized as U-19 Women's World Cup Winning Captain.
Paying tribute to domestic excellence, Jalaj Saxena was awarded CEAT Domestic Cricketer of the Year. Suryakumar Yadav claimed the title of 'CEAT Best T20 Batsman. While Bhuvneshwar Kumar secured the Best T20 Bowler of the Year award.
The evening also honoured legendary players Madan Lal and Karsan Ghavri with the 'CCR International Lifetime Achievement Award.' The 25th edition of the Ceat Cricket Rating Awards was an electrifying event filled with captivating performances and insightful panel discussions featuring esteemed cricketers.
This prestigious award has become synonymous with excellence in cricket, attracting viewers, passionate fans, Bollywood stars, and players who gather to discuss their love for this sport on this platform.
Inspired by Ceat Cricket Rating Awards, members from the Bollywood movie Ghoomer joined forces with the CEAT team on stage to present the Best Coach award to Brendon McCullum.
The 'CEAT Men's International Cricketer of the Year' award was bestowed upon Shubman Gill for his exceptional displays on the cricket field. Upon receiving the award, he stated: "I am honoured to be chosen as the recipient of the prestigious CEAT Men's International Cricketer of the Year.
