Virat Kohli is making a return to Ranji Trophy after 12 years, and that has put the cricket administrators in urgent mode.
The Delhi team will be up against Railways in the final round of the Ranji group stages and the value of the match has multiplied in several folds due to the presence of Virat Kohli.

The India batter is set to feature in it and was seen practising with the entire squad on Tuesday. As Kohli takes field at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, a number of measurements have been taken by the DDCA for smooth conduction.
The match between Delhi and Railways will be played at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi from January 30 to February 2. The match shall start at 9:30 am IST.
The DDCA announced that the fans will be allowed to enter the stadium without any cost. Virat Kohli's presence means there will be footfall across the four days and the first day may attract around 10,000 spectators.
DDCA secretary Ashok Sharma spoke to The Indian Express and said that three gates shall be opened for fans' accommodation to the stadium.
"The Gautam Gambhir Stand will be open for the spectators. The fans can enter from Gate No 16 and 17. Gate No 6 will also be open for the DDCA members and guests. We are expecting a 10,000 crowd for the first day," Sharma said.
Although fans will be allowed to enter the stadium for free, they must show their valid AADHAR Card for entry.
"It's a free entry. The fans just need to bring their original copy of their Aadhaar card and its photocopy as well. The arrangements for the fans has been made. It will be like any international or an IPL match," Sharma added.
Virat's Delhi teammate Shivam Sharma earlier spoke to MyKhel and said how the India star is mingling along with other players upon his return to the domestic circuit. Although Kohli is set to play, another India star Rishabh Pant is not going to feature due to workload management.
