Not every day you see a visiting team's openers sharing a 150-plus stand under challenging Australian pitches.
Jaiswal - 90* off 193 balls (7x4s, 2x6s) | Rahul - 62 off 153 balls (4x4s). This is the first innings in 38 years when both the openers notched up 50s on Australian soil together for India.
Not a single Aussie bowler could manage to break the defence of Indian openers as opposition captain Pat Cummins tried every bowling combination.
