IPL 2017: Virat Kohli joined by 'lady-love' Anushka Sharma in Bengaluru

Bengaluru, April 11: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Virat Kohli was joined by his actor girl friend Anushka Sharma in Bengaluru.

The two were snapped together in the garden city, which is the home to Kohli's Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise RCB. (Kohli announces his return date)

Anushka arrived in Bengaluru to give moral support to Kohli, who is recovering from a shoulder injury and has been out of action in IPL 10.

Kohli injured his right shoulder while fielding against Australia during third Test match at Dharamsala.

As per a report published in Pinkvilla.com, the photo was taken after a physiotherapy session that Kohli had to undergo for his injured shoulder.

Both Kohli and Anushka were snapped coming out together and fans immediately took out their mobile phones to capture them together.

The Bollywood actress was spotted with Kohli in Bangalore and the photos are now all over the place on social media.

Earlier on Tuesday, the RCB captain announced his date of return to action in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017.

Without him, Bangalore won one game and lost two including last night's (April 10) 8-wicket thrashing from Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) in Indore.

With Bangalore set to play their second home game on Friday (April 14) at 4 PM IST, Kohli has almost declared himself fit. Bangalore will face Rohit Sharma-led Mumbai Indians (MI) at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium.

On Tuesday afternoon (April 11), Kohli took to "Instagram" to post a brief video of his weight training and announced that he is "almost there now".

The video had already been viewed more than 2 lakh times, at the time of writing this article. In the video, he is seen lifting weights, indicating that his shoulder is perfect.

"Can't wait to get back onto the field. Almost there now 💪✌️😃. 14th April," Kohli wrote.

Anushka has watched several of Kohli's IPL games.
