RCB vs MI: Players who can pick most wickets in the match

Here are 4 players who can pick most number of wickets in the IPL 2023 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians.

1. Mohammed Siraj (RCB): Royal Challengers Bangalore's pace spearhead Mohammed Siraj will have to lead the line for them. Siraj has had a terrific time with the Indian team, as he has racked up wickets to his name in recent matches.

Siraj didn't have the best outing last season as he managed only 9 scalps. But with the form on his side, Siraj will be hoping to crack the Mumbai batters in front of a vibrant RCB crowd.

2. Jofra Archer (MI): Mumbai's big-money buy Jofra Archer will have to lead their bowling unit in the absence of Jasprit Bumrah. And it can be a perfect start for the debutant when he takes on RCB.

Archer's pace, bounce can cause problems for batters and if the England player gets things right, he can end up getting some decent numbers on his wickets column.

3. Harshal Patel (RCB): RCB's Harshal Patel has been an incredible story. The pacer rose from the lowest point to make a grand comeback for the franchise a few seasons ago. He equals the record of most wickets in an IPL season, with 32 wickets in IPL 2021.

The India bowler was quite decent last season as well as he picked up 19 wickets. His slower balls and variations at the latter stages are always wicket-taking goldmines, and he can extract the same result in the opener against MI.

4. Jason Behrendorff (MI): Australian pacer Jason Behrendorff will also play a big part for Mumbai with the ball. The lanky pacer from New South Wales was part of the RCB team in the past and has represented Australia in limited overs cricket.

He can be the perfect foil for Archer with the added ability to swing the ball both ways. The 32-year-old thus can make a mark in his first game.
