The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) on Wednesday (April 5) awarded legendary India cricketers MS Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh and Suresh Raina with the Honorary Life Membership.
Legendary India female cricketers Jhulan Goswamy and Mithali Raj - two of the finest woman players of their generation - have also been included by the MCC. A total of five Indian cricketers have been awarded the life membership of the prestigious club.

MCC awards Honorary Life Membership of the Club is awarded to some of the world's finest cricketers. In an official statement, the MCC said, "MCC can today reveal the names of the latest men and women to have been bestowed with this privilege."
Dhoni, Raina and Yuvraj have been part of India's two World Cup-winning teams. The trio first lifted the 2007 T20 World Cup in South Africa together as the Men in Blue scripted history Down Under. Four years later, India won the 2011 ODI World Cup at home to end a wait of 28 years.
The list also includes 5 England players, 2 cricketers from New Zealand and one player each from Australia, Pakistan, Bangladesh and South Africa. The MCC has also awarded a further two Honorary Life Memberships for non-playing contributions to the game.
Eight of the 12 Test-playing nations are represented within this year's list, which includes some of the most recognisable names in the modern game. Pakistan's Muhammad Hafeez was also included in the list.
Guy Lavender, Chief Executive & Secretary of MCC, said: "We are thrilled to be able to announce our newest cohort of Honorary Life Members of MCC, as we prepare for the new international summer."
"The names that have been announced today are some of the greatest international players of modern times, and we are privileged to now count them as valued Members of our Club.
"We are also pleased to be able to announce two individuals who have been awarded this honour for their monumental contributions off the pitch," the statement from the club added further.
