MS Dhoni - The Untold Story trailer released: Fans go crazy
If Dhoni maintained a low key about his decisions and views about his fellow cricketers, the trailer, on the other hand, shows the skipper asking the selectors to drop three seniors from the Indian side.
In the trailer, Sushant Singh Rajput, who plays Dhoni in the movie, takes objection on the selection of three senior cricketers after joining the national selection panel via video conference.
"They don't fit into my team," the skipper told the selectors in the meeting.
To this a selector remarked, "He is trying to remove the people who promoted him so much. Looks like this guy is not going to spare anyone," a selector said in the trailer.
"Sir, we are all national servants and we are all doing national duty," on-screen Dhoni replied.
Reports in the past have hinted that Dhoni wasn't pleased with the performances of some of the senior players in the side and even spoke his heart out in front of the selectors and board. But, the Indian skipper has never brought his views out into public domain.
However, there are chances that the filmmaker took his liberty while making the film and add some masala in the movie.
The highly anticipated trailer of biopic over Team India's ODI skipper was released on Thursday (Aug 11).
