New Delhi, Nov 23: Senior wicketkeeper batsman Parthiv Patel has been recalled for the third Test match against England in Mohali after Wriddhiman Saha got injured.

31-year-old Patel will be making a comeback into the Indian Test squad after a gap of eight long years.

BCCI medical team has confirmed that Saha developed a strain in his left thigh during the second match of the five match series, played against England at Visakhapatnam.

Saha has been Team India's first choice as wicketkeeper after MS Dhoni retired from Test cricket.
