Kapil Dev, who went on becoming India's first World Cup winning captain, inspired the underdog Indian side to lift the trophy with the help of this incredible knock.

The situation in which Kapil Dev walked into the middle was grave. India were 9 for 4 when Kapil walked into the middle and the condition worsened to 17 for 5, shortly after.
