Yuvraj's message for 'beast' Afridi

The Pakistani cricketer has shared a Yuvraj's video, on his Facebook page, in which the left-handed Indian batter could be seen wishing his Pakistani counterpart and his team mates all the very best ahead of the T20 league.

In the 39-second video recorded in Hindi, Yuvraj could also be heard praising Shahid Afridi's style of batting, specially his talent of hitting long sixes all over the park.

Yuvraj said, "My message is for Peshawar team, I wish they do well in the PSL. We'll pray for you guys. Peshawar is going to win the first edition of PSL because it has (Shahid) Afridi. A team has best chances of winning if it has a player like him. He's capable of hitting sixes all over the park."

Sharing his on field moments with Shahid Afridi, Yuvraj said, in the 39 second video, the Pakistani all-rounder has been a very aggressive one while playing from Pakistan's national team.

"We have heard a lot of abuses from him, while playing against him for India. He (Afridi) was very active when it came to sledging during the matches. But he's a wonderful person from the inside. Wish you all very best of luck. Thank you," he added.

PSL will begin from Feb 4, 2016 and a total of 24 matches will be played in the first edition of the T20 league. There are 5 teams in the league, namely, Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Quetta.
