Jaipur, Feb 19: Rajasthan Royals - who were the finalists of the IPL 2022 season - will look to lift the coveted title in the IPL 2023.
The Rajasthan Royals franchise fine-tuned their squad in the IPL 2023 Auction last year and made some interesting purchases in Kochi.
The Sanju Samson-led side will begin their journey in the sixteenth edition of the tournament against Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 2 in the latter's home ground. It will be a day game for the Royals on the first doubleheader day of the tournament.
The Pink Army will face Punjab Kings in their second game in Guwahati - which is also going to act as their home ground - on April 5 at 7:30 PM.
RR will take on Delhi Capitals in their third Delhi Capitals in Guwahati on April 8 and it will also be a day encounter.

The Royals will then travel to the far south to lock horns with old rivals Chennai Super Kings (CSK) on April 12 at the iconic MA Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
Their next game will be a repeat of the IPL 2022 final when Samson and his band will take on Gujarat Titans at Motera on April 16.

Rajasthan Royals will play their first game at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on April 19 when they host Lucknow Super Giants. In a royal showdown on April 23, Rajasthan will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in a day game.
Like other teams, RR will also play three of their league stage matches in the afternoon (3:30 PM) and 11 matches in the evening (7:30 PM).
RR will take on CSK at home on April 27 and on April 30 they will face five-time champions Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.
Rajasthan Royals will play their home matches at two venues i.e. Jaipur and Guwahati. RR will be playing at their home venue for the first time since IPL 2019 due to COVID pandemic restrictions in the past three seasons.
