After the IPL 2024, the T20 World Cup starts in West Indies and USA from June 1. Team India will be among the 20 teams fighting for glory and BCCI has already named a strong squad for the tournament.

Captain Rohit Sharma will lead the side, while the other top players across the country will take part as well. Although team India members were expected to leave for the West Indies in different groups, it seems that all of them will be leaving together for the World Cup.
Among the 10 IPL teams, only six IPL teams have representatives of the Indian team in the T20 World Cup squad. Only Sunrisers Hyderabad and Lucknow Super Giants don't have an India member in the T20 World Cup squad even among the reserves.
And as Rajasthan Royals got eliminated by SRH on Friday, now all of the 15 members of the Indian team have been eliminated.
Captain Rohit Sharma, vice-captain Hardik Pandya, Jasprit Bumrah and Suryakumar Yadav were already eliminated as Mumbai Indians finished at the bottom of the table. The likes of Arshdeep Singh (PBKS), Axar Patel and Rishabh Pant (both DC) had also bitten the dust from the IPL 2024 group stages.
Virat Kohli and Mohammed Siraj departed as RCB were ousted from the Eliminator. And now the trio of Yashasvi Jaiswal, Sanju Samson and Yuzvendra Chahal have also departed with the elimination of RR.
KKR's Rinku Singh, who is among the four travelling reserves for India, is the sole player who will be playing the IPL 2024 Final among the extended 19 members of the India squad.
