Indore, Oct 8: Indian batsman Ajinkya Rahane crossed yet another landmark as he completed 2000 Test runs on Saturday (October 8) in the third and final rubber against New Zealand at Indore.

Rahane achieved this milestone in his 29th Test match and took 49 innings. The right-handed batsman has slammed 7 centuries and 10 half centuries so far. He became 36th Indian batsman to do so. (Match Report)
The 28-year-old Mumbai batsman has aggregated runs at an average of 47.57. He made his Test debut against Australia in March 2013 at Delhi's Feroz Shah Kotla.
