Virender Sehwag hits a Six! Former India batter touches 6 million followers on Twitter

New Delhi, June 15: Former India opener Virender Sehwag who shattered several records with the bat, has now achieved an unique feat off the field.

The former Delhi batsman, who is famous for his witty oneliner tweets on micro-blogging site, has now achieved 6 million followers.

The former explosive opener from India took to Twitter to thank his followers after this achievement. Sehwag celebrated the moment in his trademark style and posted his image on his Twitter handle.

"Aap logon ke pyaar ne laga diye Viru ke Twitter par Chakka. (Your love has helped Viru smack a six on Twitter)," Sehwag tweeted.

Viru now has left Team India's limited-overs' skipper MS Dhoni behind on Twitter. MS Dhoni has 5.46 million followers on Twitter.
