Full-time statistics: Mumbai City FC end the match on a high with 43% ball possession, 14 shots in total but only 3 of them were on target. Bengaluru FC had 57% ball possession but fewer chances created which is reflected in the stats with 9 shots in total but for them, also 3 shots were on target.
90+5' What a chance wasted by Sivasakthi. That could have been the one goal that gave Bengaluru the 3 points. Pereyra Diaz does everything in his power to get the ball to the perfect position inside the box with a Mumbai defender breathing on his neck. The ball reaches Sivasakthi who just needs to put a little tap-in inside but misses it entirely. He gets another chance as he runs inside the box moments later to reach a cross flying inside but Phurba grasps it easily. With that, the referee signals the end of the game.
90' With very limited time on their hands to change the scoreline, both teams become a bit frantic in the final third as Chhetri tries to jump above everyone to head a goal inside and Pereyra Diaz shoots from quite a distance. Karelis does the same on the other side of the field. None of the shots go inside the net.
The referee signals 5 minutes of additional time.
85' Tiri and Chhangte have been take off by Petr Kratky as Krouma and Bipin are brought in with only a few minutes to go. They don't have much time but could still do some damage with the talent they possess.
80' More changes as the game nears the end with Sahil coming in for Nathan Rodrigues for Mumbai and Sivasakthi coming in for Edgar for Bengaluru. Jon Toral came in for Manzorro a while back and he has had some effect on the game. Mumbai keep up the pressure with their constant attack with a dangerous shot coming in from Tiri which rattles the bar.
75' Pereyra Diaz is always one of the most dangerous players when he's on the field and he's proving that again with a shot almost reaching the end of the net. On the other side of the field, Karelis gets a tremendous ball in the box from the left which only needed a tap-in for a goal but the pass finds no Mumbai City player and rolls away from the field.
70' Uff! What a chance for Sunil Chhetri and Bengaluru. Chhetri finds himself the perfect position inside the box to shoot the ball that reaches him from the left flank and the goalkeeper could not have done anything if the ball had been on target. Fortunately for the Islanders, it misses the net by inches.
65' GSS has probably been the busiest man and most effective player on the field in the last few minutes with him saving another dangerous shot from Mumbai. However, Chhetri, the man-on-a-mission creates trouble on the other side of the field and wins a free-kick which doesn't produce much.
60' Even with the intensity of the game significantly brought down, Mumbai are still making comparatively more trouble near the Bengaluru box and the reliable Pereyra Diaz gives away a free-kick to the home side in a good position which leads to another golden chance that GSS has to get his hands to keep away from the net.
55' With a thrilling box-to-box action at the end of the first half, the beginning of the second half has been comparatively slow and both teams are spending a lot of time in the engine room. Mumbai manage to create a chance with the substitution Noufal who came in place of Vikram Singh for Mumbai City FC. On the other hand, Fanai and Pereyra Diaz came in for Noguera and Vinith who was on a yellow card for Bengaluru in the half-time break.
50' The second half begins with the Islanders looking to establish their dominating spell again from the first minute. They manage for a few minutes with a shot and a corner earned.
45' The second half begins with a couple of changes to both teams.
Half-time statistics: With Bengaluru FC getting into their familiar rhythm of this season in the last few minutes of the first half, they ended the this half with 58% ball possession, 4 shots in total with 2 of them on target. Whereas, with 42% ball possession, Mumbai City FC managed a total of 6 shots while only one of them was on target.
45+4' The players spent most of the last few minutes of the match in the midfield and with that, the referee signals the end of the first half with the scoreline reading 0-0
45' It's a much better display from Bengaluru FC in the last few minutes, especially from Noguera who has been a constant force near the box. Two dangerous shots that Phurba had to get his hands on to stop. It has almost been the same on the other side of the field where Manzorro gets an amazing shot in from a distance which flies slightly above the goalpost forcing GSS to make a jump.
The referee signals 4 minutes of additional minutes.
40' With Bengaluru FC getting back their rhythm, the match now seems more interesting with constant box-to-box action.
35' The match resumes after a short cooling break. Before the cooling break, the pace of the match slowed down significantly and it seems that Bengaluru have begun to get a grip on the match after it began again. Edgar gets a shot in but Phurba takes inspiration from the man on the other side of the field and does well to keep the ball away from the net.
30' The Bengaluru gk GSS has been the point of difference in this game so far. The Islanders could have been at least 2-3 goals up in this match before the 30 minutes mark even hit the clock if not for the wall blocking the net for Bengaluru FC.
25' After the first half of the game is almost halfway, it seems that Bengaluru are finally beginning to get some sort of control over the game. However, they still look far from beating the Islanders to start dominating the game. They are having a hard time it seems with Vinith receiving the first yellow card of the match.
20' Bengaluru get their first chance to get into the opposition box in the game which says a lot considering the table position of the two teams. However, with the amazing atmosphere today at the Mumbai Football Arena, it's not a wonder that with such support from their fans, they are playing this well.
15' How are Mumbai still not 1-0 up at this point is the question that must be going on every Islanders' fans head. Two more golden chances and the Bengaluru FC star GGS has to get down to his amazing tricks to deny them a goal from almost a face-to-face range.
10' The Islanders are running circles at the moment with another golden chance missed as Vikram made a crucial run down the left flank and made a crucial pass into the box but it was defended well. They also win a free-kick and get another chance in the last 5 minutes or so.
5' Both teams begin the match with a lot of determination on their part. Mumbai even get a good chance with a shot from a distance but GGS catches the ball with ease. However, the match pauses thereafter with GGS letting the referee know that a number of lights are off and the referee communicates the same to the concerned people. The game is underway after a pause of about 2-3 minutes.

Only half an hour left for the Mumbai City FC vs Bengaluru FC match to begin.
Bengaluru FC come into this match unbeaten, having won all three of their games and securing maximum points. Gerard Zaragoza's side stunned the league with a dominant 3-0 victory over the Mariners in their last outing.
However, this will be their first away game of the season, and they will look to replicate their home form to stay at the top of the standings. They've been quick starters, scoring 33.33% of their goals in the first 15 minutes - the highest in the league - posing an immediate threat to Mumbai's defense.
On the other hand, Mumbai City FC have had a tough start, with just one point from their first two matches. Petr Kratky's men are coming off a disappointing 3-2 loss to Jamshedpur FC and will need to make crucial adjustments to get back on track.
Despite their struggles, the Islanders have a strong goal-scoring record at home, having netted in each of their last eight matches at the Mumbai Football Arena. If they score against Bengaluru FC, they will equal their best streak of nine consecutive home games with a goal.
