Gregor made his international debut in 2009, competing for Poland against Brazil in the World League held in São Paulo. One of his most memorable achievements is winning gold at the 2018 World Championship in Italy and Bulgaria.

He is coached by Michal Mieszko Gogol at the club level and Vital Heynen at the national level. Known for his role as a setter, Gregor's playing style is crucial to his team's strategy and success.

In recognition of his contributions to volleyball, Gregor received the Golden Cross of Merit from the president of Poland in 2018. His brother Jakub has also played professional volleyball in Poland, France, and Luxembourg.
