She is a member of the Mississauga Canoe Club in Canada. Her personal coach, Kyle Jeffery, has been a significant influence on her career. Vincent credits Jeffery as the most influential person in her sporting journey.

Memorable Achievements

One of Vincent's proudest moments came when she secured a quota place for Canada at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo. She achieved this by finishing fifth in the C1 200m at the 2019 World Championships in Szeged, Hungary.

Vincent has received numerous accolades throughout her career. She was named Female Athlete of the Year by the Mississauga Sports Council in 2018, sharing the award with basketball player Laetrcia Amihere. In 2017, she was honoured as Provincial Female Athlete of the Year by the Ontario Ministry of Heritage, Sport, Tourism and Culture Industries.
