Pallister recently competed in the Women's 1500m Freestyle at the Paris La Defense Arena on July 30, 2024. Unfortunately, she did not start (DNS) in Heat 3. However, her team clinched the gold medal in the Women's 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay Final on August 1, 2024. The Australian team finished first, showcasing their prowess.

Pallister's achievements include a gold medal in the Women's 4 x 200m Freestyle Relay at the 2023 World Championships in Fukuoka, Japan. Her team clocked an impressive time of 7:37.50. In 2022, she secured a silver medal in the same event at Budapest with a time of 7:43.86.
In individual events, Pallister earned a bronze medal in the Women's 1500m Freestyle at the 2022 World Championships with a time of 15:48.96. She also finished fourth in the Women's 400m Freestyle and ninth in the Women's 800m Freestyle at Budapest.
In March 2021, Pallister was diagnosed with supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), requiring cardiac ablation surgery. Post-surgery, she faced struggles with an eating disorder but overcame these challenges to return stronger.
At the 2022 Commonwealth Games, Pallister won a bronze medal in the Women's 800m Freestyle. She also bagged six medals at the 2019 World Junior Championships, including three golds and three silvers.

Pallister trains under Michael Bohl at Griffith University. Her mother, Janelle Elford, a two-time Olympic finalist, also coaches her. Pallister draws inspiration from swimmers Jessica Ashwood and Katie Ledecky.
