Linoy trains with Hapoel Rishon LeZion in Israel. Since 2009, her personal coach has been Ayelet Zussman. Linoy cites both Zussman and Elena Kopylenko as the most influential figures in her career. Her idol is Russian rhythmic gymnast Margarita Mamun.
