Granatto pursued higher education in Physical Education at the National University of La Plata (UNLP) in Argentina. Her early start in hockey laid a strong foundation for her future achievements in the sport.

Granatto made her international debut in 2015, competing for Argentina against New Zealand in the World League held in Rosario, Argentina. Her preferred position on the field is forward, where she has consistently demonstrated her skills.
