Rio Olympics 2016: Twitterati salute Usain Bolt as he completes 'Triple Treble'

Rio de Janeiro, Aug 20: Usain Bolt ended his career on a high as he completed the epic 'Triple Treble' after he helped Jamaica win the 4x100m relay today (August 20).

Bolt won his third gold medal at the Rio Olympics 2016 and 9th overall. He has won all the 9 races he had competed in the 3 Olympic games (3 100m, 3 200m and 3 4x100m races).

The superman from Jamaica was the fourth and the last sprinter in his team today. He had received the yellow baton from teammate Ashmeade. He ran his hurt in the last lap completed the race clinching the gold with ease.

Japan was .33 seconds behind the winning team as they bagged silver followed by Canada. Team USA were disqualified due to baton passing debacle.

As Bolt clinches his 9th Olympics gold medal, people around the world saluted the champion sprinter on Twitter.
