IndianOil Grand Prix of India: 450 million global fans to watch Francesco Bagnaia, Marc Marquez, others at Buddh International Circuit

Greater Noida, Sep 20: The globe's 450 million ardent MotoGP fans can hardly wait for the IndianOil Grand Prix of India. The event, taking place from September 22 to 24 at Buddh International Circuit in Greater Noida, is nigh.

The season's 13th MotoGP race is set to make a landmark achievement, signifying years' worth of determination to welcome the world's finest bike racers at Buddh International Circuit for their inaugural show. Over three days, 82 riders from 41 teams will compete for pride in MotoGP, Moto 2, and Moto 3.

The forthcoming IndianOil Grand Prix of India is predicted to cause a financial stir in India's economy, given its enormous motorbike market. The Nielsen Sports Fan Insights 2022 Report suggests India, with its 1.4 billion population and annual bike sales of 18 million, is the global leader in motorbike markets.

Expectations are high for the economic disruption that the race may initiate. The past MotoGP races drew in 106 million euros from eager viewers plus a further 6.6 million euros from staff influence, impacting job creation. Furthermore, India's 54 million strong fanbase already testifies to the overwhelming national interest in MotoGP before the debut race.

The event will reach 450 million households across 195 countries via an extensive network of 90 global broadcast companies. The race will be televised via 180 live cameras situated at the track.

MotoGP already has 480 million engagements worldwide across all social media forums and a loyal audience, with 82% having tuned in for over six years. MotoGP holds the fifth position in media visibility in top sporting leagues with 329 million, trailing the leader Champions League football.

Substantial modifications have been made to the Buddh International Circuit in readiness for the IndianOil Grand Prix of India. The track now holds FIM certification and is set to host the planet's greatest biking spectacle.

Industry partners for the event include KTM India, Ducati India, Honda Racing India, Yamaha Motor India, Aprilia India, and Michelin. Red Bull India, OLA, 24seven, Radio Mirchi 98.3, and R.E. Rogers India are event sponsors.

Apollo Hospitals, MeduLance, Jaypee Hospital are the medical partners, and Bushmills India will ensure memorable celebrations. Tickets are available on BookMyShow, the event's ticketing partner. Robin Hood Army & Vedica Himalayan Spring Water are the event partners.

Simultaneously, the 'UP INVEST' Conclave will be hosted involving 300 CXOs' and global representatives. FairStreet Sports, in collaboration with Dorna Sports, is organizing the IndianOil Grand Prix of India showcasing famed names like Francesco Bagnaia, Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi, Brad Binder, Jack Miller, and Jorge Martin.
