She is a member of the Aldar Sports Committee in Ulaanbaatar. Her coaching team includes H. Uyanga at the club level and her husband, Dorjpalam Batbayar, who also represented Mongolia in distance running at the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon.
Her performance at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo earned her the Order of the Polar Star from the president of Mongolia on 11 November 2021. Additionally, she holds the title of Master of Sport of International Class in Mongolia as of 28 May 2022.
Her husband, Dorjpalam Batbayar, has been a significant influence on her career. He has been coaching her since 2017 and is also a coach for the national athletics team. She describes him as strict but supportive, always focusing on results.
