Rebecca Wilde Biography

Wilde began rowing in 2017 after a successful junior swimming career. Inspired by British rowers Helen Glover and Heather Stanning at the London 2012 Olympics, she decided to switch sports during her first year at Bath University. She felt her swimming career had reached its peak.

Education and Interests

Wilde graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Social Science from the University of Bath. Her hobbies include reading Harry Potter books and watching the films. She is also known by her nickname, Becky.

Club Affiliations and Coaching

She is affiliated with Leander Club and Bath University Boat Club. Her national coach is Andrew Randell from Australia, while Tom Pattichis from Great Britain serves as her personal coach.
