Ratzke's sister played a pivotal role in her decision to pursue volleyball. "She is an incredible person. If she wanted to go anywhere, I also wanted to go there; if she wanted to eat a biscuit I also wanted to eat a biscuit," Ratzke said. Her mother, a volleyball referee and coach, also motivated her.

Club and Coaching

Currently, Ratzke plays for Osasco Voleibol Clube in Brazil. She is coached by Luiz Omar Moura at the club level and Jose Roberto Guimaraes at the national level. Her preferred position on the court is as a setter, a role she began playing at 17.

International Debut

Ratzke made her international debut in 2015, competing for Brazil at the World Grand Prix. This marked the beginning of her journey on the global stage, where she has continued to excel.
