New Delhi, Dec 8: WWE Superstar Jinder Mahal is in India for his upcoming fight against Triple H for the WWE India Live event, and the former world champion is gathering supporters ahead of the marquee clash.
Mahal who is a Canadian wrestler of Indian origin will be locking horns with Triple H in the WWE live show scheduled to happen in New Delhi on Saturday (December 9).
The contest is billed as the most high profile fight of the event and the organisers are leaving no stones unturned to attract WWE fans in the country.
"WWE Superstar Jinder Mahal invited Vijender Singh for WWE Live India 2017 on the 9th December for his match against Triple H. In turn, Vijender Singh invited Jinder to his match on the 23rd December. The two friends also had a quick workout at the gym," said a WWE report.
Vijender presented Mahal, the 'Modern Day Maharaja' with the first ticket of his upcoming 'Rajasthan Rumble' fight against Ghana's Ernest Amuzu, which will be held in Jaipur on December 23.
In reply, Mahal also extended an invitation to Vijender for the former's match against 'The Game', which will be held at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium, Delhi.
Mahal had claimed that even though Triple H is an unstoppable force, he will become unstoppable when he faces 'The Game' in his own land and in front of his people.
Triple H - the 14-time world champion - too indulged into the war of words with the wrestler and said there was only one true king (referring to himself).
"I come there to teach you a lesson that only I can teach. Because when you step into my ring, you are no longer in India, no longer in front of 1.3 billion, you are in my world. And in my world, Jinder, there is only one true king, One King of Kings," Triple H had said.
