Yuliya Efimova Biography

Efimova trains with Novaquatics in Irvine, CA, USA. Her rigorous training regime includes six days of practice each week, with Sundays off. Each day involves six hours of training: two hours of swimming between five and six kilometres, two hours of gym work, and two hours of stretching or jogging.
