One of her most memorable achievements is winning bronze in RS:X at the 2012 Olympic Games in London. She was awarded the Gold Cross of Merit in Poland in 2013 and named the Best Athlete in Warsaw in 2011.

Noceti-Klepacka co-founded the Hey Przygodo Foundation with Polish hip hop musician Rafal Poniedzielski. The organisation helps gifted children from orphanages in Warsaw by fostering their musical and athletic talents. She hopes to prevent delinquency among children through this initiative.
