Camelia Potec Biography

She started her swimming career in Romania and is currently affiliated with Club Sportiv Steaua Bucharest. Her coaches are Philippe Lucas from France and Doina Sava. This strong support system has been instrumental in her development as a swimmer.

Floating Hotel Project

She used some of her prize money, along with European subsidies, to fund a floating hotel aimed at boosting the Baila tourist industry. The hotel is largely made of glass, offering guests a panoramic view of the surrounding nature. Unfortunately, she couldn't attend the opening as she was training in China.

Her journey from a young swimmer in Romania to an international competitor is inspiring. With strong family support and a clear vision for the future, she continues to make waves both in and out of the pool.
