Hyderabad, May 6: There is finally some good news for Yuvraj Singh and Sunrisers Hyderabad fans. If reports are to be believed then, the star all-rounder is likely to play his first game in the Indian Premier League 2016 (IPL 9) on Friday.

If Yuvraj Singh features in the playing XI, then it will also be the left-handed batter's first game for Sunrisers Hyderabad. (Preview: Sunrisers Hyderabad Vs Gujarat Lions)
Upbeat Sunrisers lost their previous game at home and would be hoping to improve their performance in their own backyard.
Left-handed sustained an injury to his ankle during the ICC World Twenty20 tournament (versus Australia on March 27) last month, resulting in him missing the semi-final against West Indies on March 31.
"Sadly, Yuvraj will be out for a couple of weeks but we don't know how long that is going to be," Moody told IPL's official website in April.
At this year's players auction, Yuvraj was picked by SRH for Rs 7 crore, making him the team's costliest buy in 2016.
